The Certified Indoor Environmentalist Course offers a comprehensive overview of indoor air quality issues. Persons who attend will gain a broad understanding of the many factors that contribute to poor IAQ. The course teaches how to identify IAQ problems and design remediation plans. The CIE Course serves to help IAQ professionals understand their role in identifying and solving IAQ problems. The course emphasizes the roles that various professionals play as part of a team effort on IAQ projects. The program includes four days of classroom instruction plus a four-hour certification exam on the fifth day. The exam covers issues in the fifteen industry segments that IAQA recognizes. Class size is varied but limited, and most classes reach capacity several weeks before the actual course date. Get those applications in early!
